4. Information you provide

Information submitted through our website or associated booking systems must be accurate, current and complete.

You must not provide another person’s personal or health information unless:

  • you have their authority to do so;
  • you are booking on behalf of a dependent or someone for whom you are legally responsible; or
  • another lawful basis permits you to provide the information.

Where you make a booking for another guest, you are responsible for ensuring that they receive relevant booking information, service requirements and safety instructions. Each guest may still be required to complete their own waiver, health-screening or consent documentation.

You must not include unnecessary sensitive information in general contact forms, emails, public reviews or social-media messages. Health information should only be provided through the designated secure form or process requested by Equilibrium.

5. Accounts and booking access

Where an account is required, you must:

  • provide accurate registration information;
  • keep your password and login details confidential;
  • use a strong and unique password;
  • prevent unauthorised access to your device or account; and
  • notify us or the relevant platform promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

You are responsible for activity undertaken through your account unless the activity resulted from a failure within systems controlled by Equilibrium or its service providers.

You must not share, sell, transfer or commercially exploit an account, membership, booking credit or promotional entitlement unless the applicable terms expressly permit it.

Bookings may be administered through Fresha or another third-party booking provider. Your use of that platform may also be subject to the provider’s own terms and policies.

6. Reviews, comments and other content

Where you submit a review, testimonial, comment, photograph or other content, it must:

  • reflect your genuine experience;
  • be accurate to the best of your knowledge;
  • be relevant to the service or subject being discussed;
  • respect the privacy of other guests, staff and practitioners;
  • not identify another person without their permission; and
  • not include unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, defamatory or misleading material.

We may moderate, reject or remove content where we reasonably believe that it breaches this policy, infringes another person’s rights or creates a safety, legal or reputational risk.

Submitting content does not automatically give Equilibrium permission to use it in marketing. We will seek appropriate permission before using an identifiable testimonial, image or video for promotional purposes.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content are owned by, or licensed to, Equilibrium Wellness Limited.

This includes our:

  • name and branding;
  • logos and visual identity;
  • written content and service descriptions;
  • photography, graphics and videos;
  • website design and layout;
  • programme names and materials; and
  • downloadable resources.

Nothing in this policy transfers any intellectual-property rights to you.

References to third-party brands, products, practitioners or partners remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Health and wellness information

Content on the website is provided for general information about Equilibrium’s services and approach.

It is not intended to:

  • provide medical advice;
  • diagnose a condition;
  • recommend medical treatment;
  • replace advice from a doctor or appropriately qualified healthcare professional; or
  • guarantee a particular health, wellbeing or performance outcome.

You should seek appropriate professional advice before using Sauna & Ice, red light therapy, massage, supplements, wellness programmes or other services where you have a medical condition, are pregnant, take medication or have concerns about suitability.

You must not rely on website content as a substitute for emergency or medical care.

9. Website availability and external links

We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, operational or commercial reasons.

The website may link to Fresha, Vitall, payment providers, social-media platforms, partners or other third-party websites. These services are operated independently and may have their own terms, privacy practices and acceptable-use standards.

A link does not necessarily represent an endorsement of every statement, product or service on the third-party website.

10. Enforcement

Where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, we may take proportionate action, including:

  • issuing a warning;
  • restricting access to the website;
  • suspending or terminating an account;
  • cancelling fraudulent or abusive bookings;
  • removing submitted content;
  • preserving relevant evidence;
  • contacting a platform provider, payment provider or security specialist; or
  • reporting suspected unlawful activity to the appropriate authority.

Any action under this section is separate from our rights under applicable booking, membership, service or retail terms.

11. Liability

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the extent permitted by law, Equilibrium is not responsible for loss arising from:

  • misuse of the website;
  • unauthorised access resulting from a user’s failure to protect their login details;
  • reliance on general wellness information as medical advice;
  • third-party websites or platforms outside our control; or
  • events that could not reasonably have been anticipated or prevented.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our website, services, technology, legal obligations or operating model.

The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, booking platform or email where appropriate.

13. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of the country in which you live.
