Bookings may be administered through Fresha or another third-party booking provider. Your use of that platform may also be subject to the provider’s own terms and policies.

Where you submit a review, testimonial, comment, photograph or other content, it must:

reflect your genuine experience;
be accurate to the best of your knowledge;
be relevant to the service or subject being discussed;
respect the privacy of other guests, staff and practitioners;
not identify another person without their permission; and
not include unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, defamatory or misleading material.

We may moderate, reject or remove content where we reasonably believe that it breaches this policy, infringes another person’s rights or creates a safety, legal or reputational risk.

Submitting content does not automatically give Equilibrium permission to use it in marketing. We will seek appropriate permission before using an identifiable testimonial, image or video for promotional purposes.
